"River City Roofing had been recommended by my insurance agent. We had them come out a couple of years ago after a hail storm but they found no damage. However, Aaron impressed me, so when we had hail and a tornado came close we had them back out to assess. At every step, Aaron did what he said he would do; He was on time, he emailed and texted on time. Once he had assessed the roof he submitted info to the insurance company and it was approved not only for a new roof, but gutters also (I wasn’t expecting the later). We had to reschedule due to weather, but once they got going their crew were efficient and polite. They cleaned up well and then a few days later Aaron came out for a post install inspection. A couple of months later we had to have a new HVAC system installed which needed a different type of vent/duct on the roof; A simple text to Aaron and he came out the next day and worked with the hvac guys to install them. I can’t speak more highly of Aaron and his team. Thanks."

He exceeded my expectations throughout the project, and even came back to touch up paint after final inspection. The crew was efficient and thorough, and did a great job protecting the landscaping around our house. Cleanup was better than expected. When they left after Day 2, you couldn't tell they had been there. The only evidence left behind was a great looking new roof !!
