"I would not recommend this company at all!!! Terrible customer service! Had an estimate appointment scheduled with Dustin earlier today; he didn't show. I had to call the company twice within the next hour before I was told that he was out sick today. I understand that people get sick and sometimes they get sick unexpectedly but my beef is that no one at River City bothered to let me know that my appointment would not be honored after I had taken off work to be there. I called the company back and spoke with Francis and asked to speak with one of the owners. She took my info and told me that Mr. Michael Muse would call me back right after he got off the phone. I didn't get a call back and haven't heard from him yet! Terrible customer service! I feel as if they don't want or need my business. Well that is fine with me as they will never get my business either and I'll spread this story far and wide! The BBB will probably hear from me as well about this company. UPDATE: Mr. Michael Muse did call me back today. Thinking back on it, there is nothing in that telephone conversation (his explanations or apology) that makes me want to change my rating of 1-Star or do business with this company in the future. I'll look elsewhere."

"This company has integrity and good communication. I recently had my roof replaced with new decking back in November 2018. Michael Muse had excellent communication skills with helping me with my insurance carrier and preparing to get the job done. A month after they replaced my entire roof I noticed that some shingles were not laying completely down. I called Michael and after he came to check it out, he told me they were going to come out and replace all of the shingles and decking again. Apparently there was a workmanship error with the decking. Since they offer a 5 year workmanship warranty, they came back out to replace the entire roof without any charge. This made a super huge impression on my dealing with them. I definitely trust this company and would recommend them to family and friends."

"Michael and his crews are awesome - very professional from start to finish - Michael helped navigate the entire insurance process all along the way - The installers were great, covered all our shrubs before they started and cleaned everything up once the roof was replaced - Our neighborhood experienced a hail storm and Michael and his crew replaced 17 roofs in our development and everyone was very pleased with their service - I would highly recommend Michael & River City Roofing"
